Reset — Gizlilik Politikası

Reset ("uygulama"), bağımlılıklardan kurtulma yolculuğunda sana eşlik eden bir mobil uygulamadır. Gizliliğine değer veriyoruz. Bu politika, hangi verileri işlediğimizi ve nasıl koruduğumuzu açıklar.
1. Cihazında saklanan veriler
Girdiğin isim/takma ad, seçtiğin bağımlılık kategorisi, günlük ilerlemen, check-in kayıtların, notların ve tercihlerin yalnızca cihazında saklanır. Bu verileri sunucularımıza göndermiyoruz.
2. "Yalnız Değilsin" topluluk duvarı
Duvara bir yazı paylaşmayı seçersen, o yazı ve yanında gösterilen takma adın ile bağımlılık kategorin, Google Firebase (Firestore) altyapısında saklanır. Bu yazılar 72 saat sonra otomatik olarak silinir. Duvarı yalnızca okumak için hesap veya kimlik gerekmez; giriş anonimdir.
3. Hesap ve kimlik
Uygulamayı kullanmak için e-posta, telefon veya kişisel hesap oluşturman gerekmez. Topluluk özellikleri için Firebase Anonim Kimlik Doğrulama kullanılır; bu, seni kişisel olarak tanımlamaz.
4. Üçüncü taraf hizmetler
- Google Firebase (Firestore, Anonim Auth): topluluk duvarı ve temel teknik işlevler için. Firebase, hizmetin çalışması için sınırlı teknik/tanılama verisi işleyebilir. Bkz. Google Gizlilik Politikası.
- Apple (StoreKit): abonelik satın alımları Apple tarafından işlenir. Ödeme/kart bilgilerini görmüyor ve saklamıyoruz.
5. Bildirimler
Hatırlatma bildirimleri cihazında yerel olarak zamanlanır; bunun için içeriğin bir sunucuya gönderilmez.
6. Reklam ve satış
Uygulamada reklam yoktur. Verilerini üçüncü taraflara satmıyoruz.
7. Verilerinin silinmesi
Uygulamadaki "Her Şeyi Sıfırla" seçeneği cihazındaki tüm verilerini siler. Duvar yazıları zaten 72 saat içinde otomatik silinir.
8. Çocuklar
Uygulama 17 yaş ve üzeri için tasarlanmıştır.

Reset — Privacy Policy

Reset ("the app") is a mobile app that supports you on your journey to overcome addiction. We respect your privacy. This policy explains what data we process and how we protect it.
1. Data stored on your device
The name/nickname you enter, the addiction category you choose, your daily progress, check-in records, notes, and preferences are stored only on your device. We do not send this data to our servers.
2. The "Not Alone" community wall
If you choose to post on the wall, that post — along with the nickname and addiction category shown beside it — is stored on Google Firebase (Firestore). These posts are automatically deleted after 72 hours. No account or identity is required to simply read the wall; sign-in is anonymous.
3. Account and identity
You do not need to create an email, phone, or personal account to use the app. Community features use Firebase Anonymous Authentication, which does not personally identify you.
4. Third-party services
- Google Firebase (Firestore, Anonymous Auth): for the community wall and core technical functions. Firebase may process limited technical/diagnostic data to operate the service. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- Apple (StoreKit): subscription purchases are processed by Apple. We do not see or store payment/card details.
5. Notifications
Reminder notifications are scheduled locally on your device; your content is not sent to a server for this.
6. Advertising and sale of data
There is no advertising in the app. We do not sell your data to third parties.
7. Deleting your data
The "Reset Everything" option in the app deletes all your data on the device. Wall posts are automatically deleted within 72 hours anyway.
8. Children
The app is designed for users aged 17 and older.
